4- RBI outlines action plan for resolving stressed loans (The Hindu)

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has outlined a broad plan to resolve stressed assets at lenders in the wake of the amendment of the Banking Regulation Act earlier this month.

6- Banking ordinance opens up Pandora’s box (Livemint)

The recently promulgated Banking Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance is aimed at resolving the non-performing assets (NPA) crisis in the banking sector.
